Welcome to the uForge website. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and uForge (“we”, “us”, “our”) regarding your access to and use of this website (uforge.io and its subdomains, the “Site”). Please read them carefully before using the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms; if you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About the Site and Us
uForge is an independent overseas distribution channel for SiFli SF32 development boards, modules, and accompanying SDKs. We are not the original manufacturer of these products—they are made by SiFli, and their trademarks, intellectual property, and product warranties belong to the respective rights holders. The Site is currently used primarily for product presentation and inquiries; if online ordering/e-commerce functionality is introduced in the future, sales will be subject to separate terms of sale published at that time.
2. Eligibility
The Site is intended for businesses and professional users. You confirm that you have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent.
3. License to Use the Site and Restrictions
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site solely for legitimate business evaluation and procurement purposes. You agree not to:
• use the Site in any unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing manner;
• scrape, crawl, bulk-download, or otherwise harvest Site content at scale by automated means;
• reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to compromise the security, integrity, or proper functioning of the Site;
• impersonate others, access accounts without authorization, or upload malicious code;
• resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute Site content without our written permission.

The Site’s design, text, graphics, interface, and their compilation are owned by uForge or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. SiFli, SF32, and related product names and logos are trademarks of SiFli or the respective rights holders. Except for the right to view as expressly granted in these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise use such content without the written permission of the relevant rights holder.
5. Product Information and Availability
Product descriptions, specifications, images, and parameters on the Site are for reference only, may be provided by the manufacturer, and may be updated at any time. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not warrant that such information is complete, current, or error-free. Product availability and continued supply are not guaranteed and may change without notice.
6. Inquiries, Quotations, and Orders
The Site currently focuses on product presentation and inquiries. Inquiries you submit through the form or by email do not constitute orders; any quotation we provide is a good-faith estimate and an invitation to treat, and—unless otherwise agreed in writing—does not constitute a binding offer by us. The formation, quantity, delivery, and specific conditions of any order are subject to separate written confirmation by both parties.
7. Pricing
Prices shown on the Site or in a quotation may change with the market, exchange rates, and supply conditions, and may exclude taxes, duties, shipping, and other charges. The validity period of a quotation is as stated in the quotation document; where not stated, it is subject to our separate confirmation.
8. Product Warranty and Technical Support
As a distributor, the warranty and technical support we provide for the products we distribute are governed by the relevant terms and policies of the manufacturer (SiFli), and are passed through to the extent applicable. Other than the manufacturer’s warranty, we make no additional express or implied warranties regarding the products.
9. Export Control and Compliance
You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations relating to the procurement, export, re-export, import, and use of the products, including export controls and sanctions. You may not use the products for any purpose or destination prohibited by applicable law.

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites or resources.
11. Disclaimers

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which uForge is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes arising out of these Terms or the Site shall be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in that jurisdiction, unless applicable law mandates otherwise.
17. General
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure or delay in exercising any right does not constitute a waiver. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site.
